Health and Efficiency is a monthly magazine that promotes the benefits of naturism and a nudist lifestyle. It covers topics such as healthy living, spending time outdoors in the sun, and the positive impact of nudity on overall well-being. The magazine features a wide range of content, including much reader input, numerous full-page pictures, and smaller pictures interspersed with the text. Over the decades, it has grown from a digest (A5) size to a full-size publication it is today.
