Postage and Packing
The postage rates below are a guide. Once I receive your order, the postage will be adjusted according to the weight, regardless of how many items are included. The initial figure quoted will always be based on the lowest weight. If your order is heavier than the minimum weight band, the postage will be adjusted accordingly.
Postage to European Countries
£20 per order up to 750 grams
£30 per order up to 2kg
£45 per order up to 5kg

Additional Costs You May Incur
We now pay the delivery duty to EU destinations at the point of posting, but not the VAT specific to your country. This is an additional cost that you, the customer, may incur. All parcels are declared as containing Magazines/Books, and the value will be kept to an absolute minimum.
This process is new to us, and to be honest, I’m not entirely sure how it will work out. I’ll be monitoring it closely to see how things develop. The last thing I want is to stop posting to Europe, so any feedback from you about additional costs – and how they are collected from you – will be extremely helpful.
Posting Information
Parcels will be sent using a Royal Mail tracked service and normally arrive within 5 to 7 days from the day of posting. You will be informed of your tracking number at the time of posting.
I always try to keep postage costs as low as possible. Letters and parcels are securely wrapped and enclosed in a plain grey outer bag. Discretion is important, and there will be no external advertising or identifying markings on any parcels sent from me. Your goods will be packaged using quality materials, fully suited to the rigours of the postal system.
If your order is paid for by 1 p.m., it will be posted the same day. When payment is received after 1 p.m. (UK time), it will be posted the following day. Payments received after 1 p.m. on a Friday or over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
Returns Policy
I always try to describe items as honestly and accurately as possible. However, if you feel that an item differs substantially from the description, please let me know as soon as possible after receipt. Returns will be accepted within seven days of delivery, and items must be returned in their original or similar packaging. Any refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
