Postage and Packing
The postage rates below are a guide. Once I receive your order, the postage will be adjusted according to the weight, regardless of how many items are included. The initial figure quoted will always be based on the lowest weight. If your order is heavier than the minimum weight band, the postage will be adjusted accordingly.
Postage to the USA
£25 per order up to 750 grams
£40 per order up to 2kg
£65 per order up to 5kg
Payment and Checkout Information
Additional Tariff Costs for Customers in the USA
This tariff will be added to your order and then paid back to the US government. All invoices sent to customers in the USA will now include the additional tariff cost as a separate line below the standard postage. This will be displayed as an extra 10% on the item’s cost only, plus an additional £1 GBP.
Additional Information Needed
I can’t post to the USA without you providing a local telephone number (or an alternative number if you prefer to keep your main one private). I’ll collect this when you place your order, and as far as I’m aware, this number will only be used by US Customs if they need to contact you for any reason. It’s now a mandatory requirement for posting items to the USA.
Posting Information
Parcels will be sent using a Royal Mail tracked service and normally arrive within 5 to 7 days from the day of posting. You will be informed of your tracking number at the time of posting.
I always try to keep postage costs as low as possible. Letters and parcels are securely wrapped and enclosed in a plain grey outer bag. Discretion is important, and there will be no external advertising or identifying markings on any parcels sent from me. Your goods will be packaged using quality materials, fully suited to the rigours of the postal system.
If your order is paid for by 1 p.m., it will be posted the same day. When payment is received after 1 p.m. (UK time), it will be posted the following day. Payments received after 1 p.m. on a Friday or over the weekend will be posted on Monday.
Returns Policy
I always try to describe items as honestly and accurately as possible. However, if you feel that an item differs substantially from the description, please let me know as soon as possible after receipt. Returns will be accepted within seven days of delivery, and items must be returned in their original or similar packaging. Any refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
