Sweet Sixteen, or The Innocence of Irene
As the title suggests, this is of course risqué material. Following her sixteenth birthday, Irene recounts her sexual awakening. Please see the notes regarding the print quality. Privately published – 1960s? – (24 Pages) Paperback. No pictures, just text.
Good – An average copy, that may have a combination of minor defects which could include light creases, small nicks to the cover or inside, some buffing to the spine, and the staples could be showing signs of early deterioration. The book, though, will still feel tight with no loose pages. A nice collectable copy.
Notes – The type is a purplish blue and is significantly smudged throughout. The typists skills also leave a little to be desired. The vast majority of the type is legible, although one page is particularly faded (see scan in the image gallery). All adds to the rough charm to be expected of these readers, with this book having even more of a DIY/made at home feel to it than most.
