Fads and Fancies – Volume 1 No 7 – No 2 – Utopian Press
Content is made up entirely of reader letters, numbered consecutively for easy reference. Topics include women’s underwear, heels, skirts, and up‑skirt views, with contributors discussing knickers, nylons, corsets, high heels, jewellery, cosmetics, hobble skirts, lace, garters, and even horses.
Utopian Press – London July 1950 (36 Pages) Medium Size
Good  –  An average copy, that may have a combination of minor defects which could include light creases, small nicks to the cover or inside, some buffing to the spine, and the staples could be showing signs of early deterioration. The book, though, will still feel tight with no loose pages. A nice collectable copy.
Note: This copy I believe to be a later re‑print of the original. The originals often had a black‑and‑white print of a topless model on the inside of the front and back covers. Utopian also used to sell prints from Roland Gardens, and these were advertised on the page before the back cover. The images and advert are missing from this copy — they’ve simply been left blank. It is also numbered as No. 2, which is correct. I’m not sure if this was a sanctioned copy or not, but it certainly has some age to it, so they may have re‑printed their own copies some years later.
