Mixed and vintage gay magazine titles that don’t fall into one of the other categories.
Once again, very much like any niche publishing genre from the 1970s, there was a great deal of reprinting going on. I have done my best to keep this category free of reprints, but I can’t guarantee that a few haven’t slipped through.
This category includes a number of sought-after and highly collectible magazines. Collectively, they chart the evolution of queer culture, from the more discreet and coded publications of the 1950s through to the much bolder and more explicit titles of the 1970s and beyond.
