Sex Newspaper's

Sex newspapers were a peculiar 1970s phenomenon. They are now quite rare and didn’t age well, easily disposed of. Most are around 50 to 60 years old. The content was varied but certainly explicit and raunchy, with a no-holds-barred policy. Plenty of pictures, though most were in black and white, Sex International though did have some colour. There’s nothing like them now and I’m sure they will never will be again. If you’re familiar with Sunday Sport, these are nothing like that and certainly not something you’d leave lying around the house.

Popular titles include – America: Screw, Fetish Times, The Swinger, Gay Power and Gay. In the UK, titles like Hombre, Inside News, Sex International and Fringe were popular. In Europe, Suck is the only one I have seen.
